SONG ONE

Anne Hathaway, Johnny Flynn, Mary Steenburgen

  • SYNOPSIS

FRANNY (Academy Award winner Anne Hathaway), returns to New York when her younger brother HENRY, a struggling musician, falls into a coma after being struck by a car. While piecing together the life of a brother she hasn't known for many years, she discovers a set of songs Henry had previously recorded. The lyrics lead Franny to Henry's musical idol, JAMES a rising musician, who is out of tune with his life. The two stumble into a romance they will never forget, leading them on very different journeys — Franny to reconnect with her estranged family and James to rediscover passion in his guitar strings. SONG ONE captures the music in us all as it marches to the beat of the drum of two wayward souls.
