• Over the past 12 years, industry veterans Jim Seibel and Bill Johnson have built an expansive body of work in financing, production and international distribution of major motion pictures. Working with A-list actors, directors and producers, Seibel and Johnson have arranged production financing in excess of $700 million through their impressive filmography.

Lotus is currently producing and arranging financing on 3 to 4 feature films per year in addition to handling international sales on other productions.


    Co-Founder | Co-Chairman

    Bill Johnson is a Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Lotus Entertainment. Since 2003, Mr. Johnson has produced, executive produced or arranged financing and international sales on over 40 films including recent titles THE GREY (Liam Neeson), KILLING THEM SOFTLY (Brad Pitt) and Oscar Nominated THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT. In addition, Mr. Johnson has arranged over $400 million in institutional equity and debt film production financing including deals with Comerica bank, Union Bank and Citibank. In 2008, Johnson orchestrated a multi- picture distribution deal with Sony Entertainment. Johnson is a native of Chicago who was a two time All-American tennis player at California State University, Northridge and later, attended film courses at both the University of Southern California and the American Film Institute. After graduating from college, Johnson founded an insurance brokerage firm called The Liberty Company. The company quickly became successful and in 2002, Johnson decided to step back from day to day management of Liberty in order to focus his efforts in the entertainment business. Today, under Johnson’s guidance as Chairman, Liberty and its online subsidiary Clickinsure continue to grow as it currently writes over $70 million dollars in annual insurance premiums for consumers and businesses throughout the United States. On the philanthropic side, Johnson founded a public charity in 2004 called The Enlightenment Network, which has the mission of supporting youth educational programs. Johnson lives on the beach in Venice, California with his wife Leah and three children Skyler, Jett and Jade.

    Jim Seibel is a Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Lotus Entertainment. A native of Florida, Mr. Seibel ventured to California in 1994 with his career entry into film & television at Saban Entertainment’s mailroom. From 1994 – 1999, Mr. Seibel advanced from the Saban mailroom making his way to the offices of COO, Mel Woods and CEO, Haim Saban as their executive assistant and later Director of TV & Motion Pictures of Saban International. Since 1998, Mr. Seibel has been instrumental in raising nearly $600 million of financing for feature films and television and amassed an impressive filmography as producer or executive producer. Working with top tier filmmakers, actors and producers, Mr. Seibel’s extensive knowledge of financing, production and distribution provides Lotus with a powerful resource for continued growth and evolution.


  • Lenny Beckerman

    Senior VP of Production

    Lenny Beckerman manages the production of feature films and television at Lotus Entertainment. Previously, Beckerman worked for Anonymous Content, where he was instrumental in packaging, developing and producing various films, including the award-winning documentary LAKE OF FIRE and the Bryan Singer-produced U WANT ME 2 KILL HIM? He is currently producing PAINKILLER JANE with Jessica Chastain.

  • Marc Rosen


    Marc Rosen has 20 years of experience as an Executive & Producer in Film and Television at both the major studio/network & independent producer level, having Executive Produced 40 hours of high-end ($4-$8mn/episode) scripted content from THRESHOLD with David Goyer (BATMAN BEGINS), to SENSE8, one of Netflix's first original series, with the Wachowski's(THE MATRIX), to THE AFTER pilot with Chris Carter (XFILES) and Amazon. From 2012-2015, Marc was the Co-Founder & C.E.O of Georgeville Television with Reliance Entertainment, the proprietors of Steven Spielberg's Dreamworks, where he set up 10 Series including LIMITLESS, THE AFTER, FROM DUSK TIL DAWN, and ZORRO. Prior to GVTV, he had Exclusive Producing Deals in Film with Paramount & TV with CBS through his RosenObst Productions, with Lynda Obst (INTERSTELLAR) and set up 20 series. Prior, Rosen was a Founder of the WB offices of Heyday Films and has had exclusive production deals with Warner Brothers, CBS, Paramount, & 20th Century Fox, and representation from WME, CAA, and Anonymous Content (MR. ROBOT, SPOTLIGHT).

  • Steve Glick


    Steve Glick is a manager and producer for Lotus Entertainment. Upon graduating from Georgetown University he began his career in the WMA mailroom. As a television agent at WMA he represented clients such as Queen Latifah, Gillian Anderson, Sam Elliott and Rob Morrow amongst many others and was Worldwide Head of the Director’s Department and represented numerous directors and writers. As a senior scripted packaging agent he has developed and put on air many comedy and drama series including LIVING SINGLE, GHOST WHISPERER and CALIFORNICATION. He also spent two years at ICM and nine years at his own boutique talent agency The Glick Agency.

  • Jack Sheehan

    Vice President Sales & Acquisitions

    Jack Sheehan grew up in Connecticut and graduated from USC's Marshall School of Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. While still in school, he started his career in the WME mailroom and became the Cannes Film Festival Coordinator. He went on to work in the Motion Picture Literary department and was accepted into the storied Agent Trainee Program. Realizing a passion for the expanding global film business, Jack joined QED International as executive assistant to CEO Bill Block before joining Lotus Entertainment as their International Sales Coordinator. Within Lotus, he rose to Vice President Sales and Acquisitions where he currently handles worldwide acquisitions and sales of both finished and pre-sale feature films, while producing and developing feature and TV projects in house and co-running the digital label, Greenhouse Content. He attends the major annual markets including Cannes, AFM, EFM, Toronto, Sundance & SXSW for features, MipCom and MipTV for television, and Vidcon for digital.

  • Jeremie Guiraud

    Manager of Production and Acquisitions

    A French citizen, Jeremie, grew up in Cannes where he attended the Cannes Film Festival every year. After graduating from La Sorbonne University with a degree in Cinema Studies, Jeremie got his Master's in Management from ESCP Europe and his MFA Producers Program from UCLA. Jeremie started his career working for leading tech companies such as Google/Youtube and Linkedin and transitioned to the film and TV industry after moving to Los Angeles. Before joining Lotus Entertainment, Jeremie worked for Bridge Media Partners, a production and management company that produced the SYFY show "Blood Drive", and for producer Glenn Williamson on the feature "23 Steps". Jeremie produced "Doubleblind", a TV pilot executive produced by Rod Holcomb and made in collaboration with UCLA students, and "Killing Animals", a feature film executive produced by James Franco and inspired by the short story collection "Palo Alto".
