Bill Johnson is a Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Lotus Entertainment. Since 2003, Mr. Johnson has produced, executive produced or arranged financing and international sales on over 40 films including recent titles THE GREY (Liam Neeson), KILLING THEM SOFTLY (Brad Pitt) and Oscar Nominated THE KIDS ARE ALRIGHT. In addition, Mr. Johnson has arranged over $400 million in institutional equity and debt film production financing including deals with Comerica bank, Union Bank and Citibank. In 2008, Johnson orchestrated a multi- picture distribution deal with Sony Entertainment. Johnson is a native of Chicago who was a two time All-American tennis player at California State University, Northridge and later, attended film courses at both the University of Southern California and the American Film Institute. After graduating from college, Johnson founded an insurance brokerage firm called The Liberty Company. The company quickly became successful and in 2002, Johnson decided to step back from day to day management of Liberty in order to focus his efforts in the entertainment business. Today, under Johnson’s guidance as Chairman, Liberty and its online subsidiary Clickinsure continue to grow as it currently writes over $70 million dollars in annual insurance premiums for consumers and businesses throughout the United States. Lenny Beckerman manages the production of feature films and television at Lotus Entertainment. Previously, Beckerman worked for Anonymous Content, where he was instrumental in packaging, developing and producing various films, including the award-winning documentary LAKE OF FIRE and the Bryan Singer-produced U WANT ME 2 KILL HIM? He is currently producing PAINKILLER JANE with Jessica Chastain.
Jack Sheehan grew up in Connecticut and graduated from USC's Marshall School of Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. While still in school, he started his career in the WME mailroom and became the Cannes Film Festival Coordinator. He went on to work in the Motion Picture Literary department and was accepted into the storied Agent Trainee Program. Realizing a passion for the expanding global film business, Jack joined QED International as executive assistant to CEO Bill Block before joining Lotus Entertainment as their International Sales Coordinator. Within Lotus, he rose to Vice President Sales and Acquisitions where he currently handles worldwide acquisitions and sales of both finished and pre-sale feature films, while producing and developing feature and TV projects in house and co-running the digital label, Greenhouse Content. He attends the major annual markets including Cannes, AFM, EFM, Toronto, Sundance & SXSW for features, MipCom and MipTV for television, and Vidcon for digital.
A French citizen, Jeremie, grew up in Cannes where he attended the Cannes Film Festival every year. After graduating from La Sorbonne University with a degree in Cinema Studies, Jeremie got his Master's in Management from ESCP Europe and his MFA Producers Program from UCLA. Jeremie started his career working for leading tech companies such as Google/Youtube and Linkedin and transitioned to the film and TV industry after moving to Los Angeles. Before joining Lotus Entertainment, Jeremie worked for Bridge Media Partners, a production and management company that produced the SYFY show "Blood Drive", and for producer Glenn Williamson on the feature "23 Steps". Jeremie produced "Doubleblind", a TV pilot executive produced by Rod Holcomb and made in collaboration with UCLA students, and "Killing Animals", a feature film executive produced by James Franco and inspired by the short story collection "Palo Alto".
